Voting for the 2016 Youth Wildlife Art Contest is Open!

Gallery

We’ve received hundreds upon hundreds of beautiful works of art from students all across the country for the Youth Wildlife Art Contest. The goal of this contest is to help youth learn about different types of North American game animals while expressing their artistic creativity. Our panel of judges has narrowed it down to eight finalist per category based on artistic merit, creativity, and anatomical accuracy.

Now, it’s up to you!

From now until December 1st, you get to vote on your favorite works of art. The categories are broken down into Category I: Grades 1-3, Category II: Grades 4-6, Category III: Grades 7-9, and Category IV: Grades 10-12. Based on your votes, we will award 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in each category for a total of 12 National Finalists. Those not chosen as National Finalists will be recognized as Honorable Mentions.

From the 12 National Finalists, a panel of judges will choose one to announce the Best In Show as well as all other National Finalists on December 15, 2016.

To see larger photos of each entry, please view the gallery above. Then, vote for your favorite in the polls below. Happy voting!
