Jim and Phil are back on Outdoor Channel for a whole new season of firearms fun

Fairfax, Virginia – The National Rifle Association’s top firearms experts are back this winter for a brand new season of NRA Gun Gurus. Join Jim and Phil on Outdoor Channel Wednesdays at 7:00 PM ET/4:00 PM PT starting December 31.

Presented by Henry Repeating Arms, NRA Gun Gurus's hosts, NRA Museums Director Jim Supica and Senior Curator Philip Schreier, are two of the most renowned firearms experts in the world. Filmed in front of a live studio audience, this season finds Jim and Phil exploring the fascinating stories behind famous firearms, traveling to historic locations and events, and interviewing prominent names in the industry.

Statesville, North Carolina - NRA All Access headed down to Statesville, North Carolina this past weekend to film with NASCAR driver Ryan Newman and his wife Krissie at the 10th Annual Charity Dinner & Auction and 2nd Annual Lock & Load for Land event.

The event consisted of raffles and a silent auction followed by dinner and live entertainment by country music artist Trey Calloway. With over 400 guests in attendance, the evening was nothing short of a success.

Actor Joe Mantegna from CBS show Criminal Minds with Dirty Harry's Smith & Wesson model 29 at NRA Museum

Fairfax, Virginia - Earlier this year, Hollywood actor Joe Mantenga dropped by the NRA National Firearms Museum to film a few episodes of his Outdoor Channel hit Gun Stories. An in-depth look at this history of firearms, the show travels across the nation (and last year the world) to bring viewers the best experts and guns available.

This would be his third stop at the National Firearms Museum in four years. Because we've just about covered everything ranging from Joe's background in firearms to his career as an actor, we decided to take a different angle with this interview. We wanted to know about his guns.
