With Father’s Day around the corner, we here at the NRA decided to collaborate and collectively put together a list of the best gift ideas for the #NRADad…
If your #NRADad is a foodie…
Maybe Dad likes to cook, or he just likes to eat - regardless, he’s into food and so are we. Here are some ideas for Father’s Day gifts that are sure to make you Dad’s favorite child:
Maple Bacon Donuts - Let’s be real, Maple. Bacon. Donuts. What’s not to love?
Wild Game Jerky - Nothing like spicing up Dad’s life with a little something exotic. Alligator, ostrich, wild boar, buffalo, elk...so many flavors to choose from!
Bourbon Bacon Cookies - Maybe you feel like whipping up a batch of cookies for Dad this holiday… why not spice it up with a little bourbon and bacon? Check out this recipe here.

Wild Game Meats - Sure you could go and grab Dad a steak from your local grocery store...but where did that steak come from? You’ll never know. So why not get Dad something you know is fresh and organic? Wild game is delicious AND healthy - need we say more?
If your #NRADad is a hunter at heart…
Did Dad teach you how to hunt? Maybe he’s never been but talks about going with you. This offers you the best of all worlds:
NRA Outdoors - Whether you’re a seasoned hunter or a newbie, you can find a hunt that fits your needs. From local hunts to hunts around the world, NRA Outdoors boasts the best instructors and guides to help you through it all. We guarantee you’ll make memories that’ll last a lifetime.
If your #NRADad is an adventurer…
Sometimes Dad needs a break from being a dad, so why not make sure this happens?
NASCAR Racing Experience - Familiar with second vice president of the NRA and NASCAR legend Richard Childress? Of course you are! Make Dad’s dream come true at the NASCAR Racing Experience and put him behind the wheel of a real NASCAR race car where he can pretend to be Childress or his favorite driver for a day. Packages are available at 14 of the nation’s premier speedways.
(Watch Richard Childress talk about his passion for hunting and NASCAR on this segment of NRA All Access)
If your #NRADad needs a vacation…
There’s nothing that speaks to an #NRADad like the great outdoors. We polled a few folks around here about great outdoor destinations and here’s where we’d take him:

Jackson Hole, Wyoming - This breathtaking valley has some great ski resorts and is just the road from Grand Teton National Park. There’s no lack of things to do while spending time in the great outdoors and enjoying some fresh air.
Yellowstone National Park - America’s first national park has an abundance of history and wilderness to explore. It is also home to the majority of the world’s geysers and features diverse wildlife like grizzly bears, wolves, bison and elk.
Alaska Northern Lights Tour - Chase the Northern lights in the last frontier. It doesn’t get any more beautiful than this.
The Omni Homestead Resort - If Dad’s getting the luxury treatment, why not bring Mom along too? This resort in Hot Springs, VA offers activities for Mom, Dad and the whole family - from fly fishing to shooting, golfing, and even hot springs! And it’s only 3.5 hours away from Fairfax, VA home of The NRA Range.
If your #NRADad needs a new wardrobe…
Dad may think he’s a trend-setting fashion guru, with tube socks and sandals, but chances are he’s not. So we’ve come up with the best, most fashionable attire for Dad...Ties, Slippers, Cufflinks, Belt Buckles… OH MY!
(1 - Fun Ties or Bowties , 2 - Superman Slippers, 3 - Huntsman Cufflinks, 4 - Belt Buckles)
Last but not least, if you love Dad, and we know you do... you’ll get Dad an NRA Store or Range Gift Card, these speak for themselves.
Happy Father’s Day to all the Dads out there, we know you love us and we are your favorite child, you are our favorite dad. Share with us pictures of you and your #NRADad on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram!
