Receive training from top NRA coaches to improve pistol marksmanship skills

Competitors at the NRA Standard Pistol Championship at Fort Benning

Fairfax, Virginia - NRA's Coach Education Program is now accepting applications for the 2014 Intermediate Junior Pistol Camp, held June 28 - July 2 at the Canton McKinley Rifle and Pistol Club in Canton, Ohio.

This is an excellent opportunity for young shooters to receive expert training from highly skilled NRA Certified Coaches and develop their marksmanship skills. The camp is also immediately before the 2014 NRA National Pistol Championships at Camp Perry, Ohio, and would be an excellent week of practice for shooters preparing to join the NRA National Matches this summer.

Open to both boys and girls age 12 to 21, the Intermediate Junior Pistol Camp is limited to 25 shooters. Beginning and intermediate shooters alike will learn conventional, international and Scholastic Pistol Program styles of shooting in a safe, enjoyable learning experience.

Registration forms and fees for the camp will be accepted at NRA Headquarters on a first-come first-served basis. Early registration for the camp must be received by June 16 and only costs $225. Registration after June 16 will cost $250. All information and forms are available in the registration packet.

If you're interested in the camp, apply as soon as possible. This is a great way to significantly improve your shooting skills!
