Senators, Governors, and football players address thousands of NRA members in Indy
Indianapolis, Indiana - The NRA-ILA Leadership Forum has become an all-time favorite event at the NRA Annual Meetings. The thousands of NRA members who attend each year are treated to impassioned speeches by the Second Amendment's most ardent defenders in government.
It is a critical campaign stop for serious contenders for the White House and Congress, our nation's governorships who support our Second Amendment freedoms, and national news makers. Past forums have featured speeches by Snator John McCain (AZ); former governor Sarah Palin (AK); Governor Rick Perry (TX); and more.
This year's list of speakers included Governor Mike Pence (IN); Governor Bobby Jindal (LA); Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (KY); US Senator Marco Rubio (FL); former US Senator Rick Santorum (PA); US Senator Dan Coats (IN); syndicated radio host and author Mark Levin; Milwaukee Sheriff David Clarke, Jr.; and former Indianapolis Colts kicker Adam Vinatieri.
Each speaker cut through the political hot air of this election year to highlight importance of continuing to fight for our right to keep and bear arms. At the forum's end, each attendee was better equipped with the knowledge of what the Second Amendment is up against and how to make our voices heard.
If you weren't able to attend, you can watch all the speeches online on NRANews.
