Super Bowl Sunday spent search for outdoor deals in Harrisburg

Harrisburg, Pennsylvania - Excitement filled the halls of the Farm Show Complex & Expo Center yesterday afternoon as the second day of the Great American Outdoor Show drew to an end. Thousands of men, women and children made their way through the archery, shooting sports, boating and camping halls for a look at the latest in outdoor gear.

"It's so good to have the show back in town," said Edith from Scranton. "I didn't realize how much I missed it until it was gone."

But it wasn't just about the products. There are also plenty of seminars on everything from hunting with decoys to drawing your pistol from concealment to predator hunting. Sounds interesting enough, but you're probably wondering who's teaching these seminars?

No one but the best.

"We've got Brian 'Pigman' Quaca talking about hog hunting, Barry & Gene Wensel talking whitetails, Top Shot finalist Mike Hughes on drawing your pistol and staff from the National Firearms Museum explaining how to value your guns," said NRA Hunter Services Manager Bob Davis. "A little something for everyone."

A complete list of seminars can be found on the Great American Outdoor Show website at

While you're figuring out which one (or ones) is the right for you, here's a look at the second day of Great American in Harrisburg.
