Secure your spot at this year's National Matches from the comfort of home

John Whidden, David Luckman and John Friguglietti finish second, first and third at NRA's Long Range High Power Rifle Championships

Fairfax, Virginia - For 105 years the National Rifle & Pistol Championships have been held on the shores of Lake Erie at Camp Perry, Ohio.

From July 8 to August 14, the best pistol, smallbore and high power rifle shooters in the world test their mettle against other top marksmen for NRA's prestigious trophies.

But while the matches are steeped in history and tradition, that doesn't mean they haven't changed with the times.

A couple years ago competitors were afforded the ability to register for the National Matches online. Instead of calling or mailing in payment, or waiting in lines the day before the championship, shooters could secure their spot from the comfort of their own home.

And with the start date quickly approaching, online registration for the Remington and NRA National Rifle and Pistol Matches has opened once again.

Head on over to the Camp Perry Sign-Up page and get started on this year's application right here.

While you're at it, flip through the online program and see what's new.
