Close this year's NRA Annual Meeting with some family fun at NRA Youth Day
Fairfax, Virginia - The National Rifle Association's Annual Meeting in Houston, Texas will be a weekend full of exhibits and functions for the whole family. One of our favorite events invites youth (and their families) to attend something especially for them - the NRA Youth Day.
Held on the convention's last day, May 5, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, curious juniors get to group up and explore more than 550 exhibitors in the 400,000 square foot main hall of Houston's George R. Brown Convention Center.
The whole family is invited to share the excitement too, and wander up and down the aisles to see the spectacular displays and wonderful events.
NRA Youth Day is more than just going through the exhibit hall though, which includes a Sponsor Safari search. Other events include a 3GAS (3 Gun AirSoft) match and the always-fun Air Gun Range.
And in case any kiddos aren't NRA members yet, they'll get FREE six month youth memberships just for showing up.
If you're still in town Sunday and not scrambling to beat the traffic home or get to the airport, swing by the NRA Youth Day on the convention center's 2nd Level Concourse to end the weekend right.
Volunteers are the lifeblood of NRA events and Annual Meeting is no different. Our conventions would not be possible without generous supporters donating their time to assist with activities. We'd really appreciate it if you can spare a half-day or more to help make this year's Annual Meeting our best yet.
