The NRA is auctioning off the Arietta shotgun featured in this week's episode

NRA is auctioning the Arrieta shotgun from this week's Curator's Corner

Fairfax, Virginia - This week's edition of Curator's Corner is one of the rare occasions a National Firearms Museum curator isn't actually featured. Tonight, Cliff Burgess from NRA Office of Advancement introduces us to Manny & Kristy DeLaCruz with and the NRA Firearms for Freedom program.

NRA Firearms for Freedom lets members donate their firearms to further support the NRA and the freedoms for which it stands. These generously donated firearms are then auctioned off with the proceeds going to help the NRA.

One of the program's most impressive donations is a beautiful custom Arrieta 20 ga shotgun donated by Lewis Evins of Olathe, Kansas. Evins delivered the gun to Burgess earlier this year at the NRA Annual Meetings in St. Louis and it's a sight to see. Featuring Demi-Bloc fine steel barrels, hand detachable double safety locks, double radius Holland selective ejectors, gas escape valves and an articulated front trigger, you will soon be able to bid on this fine shotgun at

You'll find the full story on this Arrieta and NRA Firearms for Freedom during tonight's episode of Curator's Corner on NRANews and SiriusXM Satellite's Patriot AND Patriot Plus.
