Williamsport, Pennsylvania - Sources tell me that there is a considerable lack of connectivity at our planned afternoon destination. That's been known to happen at some of our events that occur in the more rural locations. So just in case that proves to be true, we thought it best to preempt any delays by sharing a few more photos from our Electronic Target event at the the Peacemaker National Training Center in West Virginia.
Opened in 2011 by Cole McCulloch, Peacemaker boasts a 1,000 yard range, tactical ranges, shotgun ranges and just about any discipline you're looking to try. Thanks again for hosting the event guys.
For those unfamiliar with our electronic target systems, we've brought along staff, volunteers and representatives from the manufacturer to explain how everything works. And, should the question arise, why their shots aren't hitting the bulls.
Since 1967, the Original Pennsylvania 1000 Yard Benchrest Club has been holding sanctioned long range competitions. So we thank them for opening their doors and ranges for us today.
Another factor in the impending delay is the pending weather front. Doppler Radar suggest a line of showers that reaches from Williamsport, Ohio to Detroit, Michigan. So any hopes of my little mobile Wi-Fi hotspot making it over the mountains and through the rain are teeny tiny at best.
Either way we're off to the range.
