Fairfax, Virginia - After a wild week of seeing the DC sights, learning about the freedoms our Bill of Rights grants us and getting acquainted firsthand with a "Derecho," the 2012 Youth Education Summit has come to a close.

Each student accepted to this once-in-a-lifetime experience arrived to find 44 strangers from all over the country, but today they will be saying goodbye to 44 friends.

From getting behind the barrel of a .38 at the NRA Range to witnessing a Supreme Court ruling, training like a Marine at Quantico and following the history of media at the Newseum, the week was jam-packed with action.

We're almost overloaded with photos and, more importantly, video of the week and although the summit has ended, have some great stuff coming up.

Spending quite a bit of time getting to know this group has shown me each and every one of them are great company and that they are well equipped to make the most of their future. We have some great fans of the Second Amendment out there in the country and this group, right here, is definitely among them.
