Catch a sneak peek of Friends of NRA's season finale
It's been a shell of a year. We've followed Matt and Jessie from one side of the country to the other in a whirlwind of visiting friends, family and meeting new people who are truly friends of the Second Amendment and the National Rifle Association.
So where did our hosts head in this last week to wrap up another great season of Friends of NRA? After hanging out on Matt's family ranch in Texas the previous episode, the dynamic duo heads northeast to Alton, Illinois, home of Winchester Ammunition. The fine Winchester folks give Matt and Jessie a warm welcome and take them on a behind-the-scenes tour of the plant.
After an eye opening tutorial on how shotgun shells are made, Matt and Jessie put the final product to the test on Winchester’s outdoor skeet and pistol range. We know how competitive our two hosts are, though, and the plant is only the beginning.
In the season’s final scenes, Matt and Jessie are set loose in Winchester’s historic hunting preserve, Nilo Farms. There, the two go hunting for chukar and pheasant, where they discover the secret to a great shot is all in the shell.
Catch the episode this Sunday at 10:30 EST on the Outdoor Channel.
