Top Shooters from the 2009 NRA Smallbore 3-position matches

This summer marks the 115th anniversary of the National Rifle & Pistol Championships at the Ohio National Guard base known as Camp Perry. Consisting of the Pistol, Smallbore 3-Position, Smallbore Prone, High Power and Long Range High Power, Camp Perry is place where competitors have the opportunity to test their skills against the best shooters in the world.

Above is an image from the 2009 Smallbore 3-Position match. On the left is 2008 champ George Norton while 2009 3rd place finisher Matt Rawlings is on the right. Both members of the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit, if you see them around Camp Perry this summer odds are that you'll also see them near the top of the leaderboard.
