Every fall, the folks over in Field Operations pick the Friends of NRA Gun of the Year. For 2012, they choose a limited edition Benelli 12 Gauge Ultra Light semi-automatic shotgun.

Chambered to shoot anything from field loads to 3 magnums, the Benelli comes with a featherweight alloy receiver, shortened magazine tube and the Crio® System with three chokes (IC, M, F). And to give it that special touch, each of the 1,200 guns are engraved with "Friends of NRA Ultra Light Gun of the Year" along with two stars and stripes on the receiver ... the stars and stripes representing the 20 years of the Friends program.

Add to that the sequential serialization of each gun from "NRA0001" through "NRA1200" and you've got yourself one heck of a shotgun.

For more information about this firearm and the merchandise that will available at 2012 Friends of NRA events, visit the Friends website at www.friendsofnra.org.
