Jim Supica holding up a sign for Wanenmacher's Tulsa Arms Show If you were lucky enough to be in Tulsa this weekend, then there's a chance that you stopped by Wanenmacher's Tulsa Arms Show at the Tulsa Fairground's Quiktrip Center. NRA National Firearms Museum Director Jim Supica, shown to the right with a sign from a previous Tulsa shows, was one of those lucky enough to make it through the door to enjoy the acres and acres of displays.

Holding the world's largest firearms show not once but twice a year, Joe Wannamacher has been running the show there in Oklahoma for 43 years.

Later this week, we'll be sitting down with Supica to hear about some of his favorite displays at the show, what the National Firearms Museum was doing there and what could be in store for 2012.

Not everyone gets to experience such a vast and comprehensive collection of firearms … me for example. But if you think this could be the ticket for you, then check out their website at www.tulsaarmsshow.com. One show in April and the other in November … mark your calendars now!
