Author Ken Blackwell speaks to the crowd at Friday's Leadership Forum during the 2011 NRA Annual Meeting & Exhibits in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on NRA Blog Earlier this afternoon, hundreds of people gathered at the Spirit of Pittsburgh Ballroom to see a prestigious lineup of speakers waiting to take the stage for the Celebration of American Values Leadership Forum.

The NRA's own Wayne LaPierre, Chris Cox and Ron Schmeits were joined by Former Speaker Newt Gingrich, Lt. Col. Oliver North, Senator Pat Toomey, Representative Jason Altmire, and many more.

Some speakers, like Governor Bobby Jindal and Representative Michele Bachmann, were eager to express their appreciation of our Second Amendment rights but were unable to attend the event and sent video greetings to the crowd.

Each speaker related their own personal experiences to how important the Second Amendment is to our lives and how grateful they were that NRA members continued to stand for their rights in the face of adversity.

Thank you to all the guests for delivering great speeches to an attentive crowd and hopefully leaving a lasting impact on why the NRA is so important to the Second Amendment.
