Field Hunt Coordinator Barb Kolodge has added two new hunts to the 2011 line-up, both hosted by Rice Creek Hunt Club near Little Falls, Minnesota.

The first hunt is geared specifically towards first-time huntresses and focuses on preparing ladies for a fun and successful hunt that will lead into a love of the sport. 18 lucky ladies can experience the thrill of pheasant hunting during this exciting excursion schedules for August 12-14, 2011. Sign up today, because the deadline to register is July 26 and our hunts fill up fast.

The second excursion at Rice Creek is a duck and pheasant hunt, scheduled for September 23-25, 2011. Experience wing shooting at its best and come home with the memory of an amazing hunt and some birds to put on your table. This hunt is also limited to 18 huntresses, but don’t delay – registration closes on September 6th.

Each hunt includes two nights’ accommodations at the beautiful Nipenneh Lodge, meals from Friday dinner to breakfast on Sunday, and a guided hunting experience with trained bird dogs. Boarding is available for ladies who want to bring their own bird dog. All birds harvested will be cleaned and packaged for delicious meals after attendees return home.

More information on these hunts, including pricing and how to register, is available online. Don’t let another year go by - sign up for a Women On Target® Hunting Excursion and experience the hunt of a lifetime!
