NRA Members' Wild Game Cookbook

NRA's Hunter Services Department has posted a new recipe of the month from the NRA Members' Wild Game Cookbook.

This month's feature is "Paul's Venison Stew or Is It Stew?", submitted by Paul Pietrzak of New London, CT. This stew includes hearty vegetables, beans, egg noodles, and a savory blend of spices to highlight the taste of ground venison. This recipe would be a perfect use of the meat recently harvested by Hunter Services for Hunters for the Hungry as the culled meat is processed into ground venison for needy families. You can easily modify this recipe to use your favorite game protien or combination of vegetables.

To order your copy of the NRA Members' Wild Game Cookbook, visit NRA's Program Materials Center to order online, or call 1-800-366-7402. With over 390 pages of delicious recipes, it makes a great addition to any hunter's kitchen.
