NRA Competitive Shooting Division logoDid you know that the NRA is now accepting scores shot on the Orion Scoring System?

Jessi McClain, the Program Coordinator for Air Gun and Muzzle Loading Competitions brought information to us that Orion will now be accepted for all matches in 2011 except the Indoor National Championships (aka Sectionals), which will be officially accepted in 2012.

Orion targets shot for NRA matches must have the NRA seal on them. You can find these labeled targets at Krüger Targets, who were recently licensesd to manufacture and distribute targets for NRA.

If you would like to shoot Sectionals on Orion in 2012, please send targets for the top three shooters and the top three teams, the shot-by-shot print out for these targets, and the results bulletins for the entire match to NRA.

If you have any questions, you can ask Jessi herself at 703-267-1477 or jmcclain@nrahq.org.
