Picking up right where they are leaving off in 2010, the Refuse to Be a Victim® program is developing new instructors and hosting personal safety seminars at a growing clip.
“Refuse To Be A Victim® is beginning the new year with a bang. We have an incredible start scheduled – 9 Instructor Development Workshops (IDWs) for the month of January," said RuthAnn Sprague. "There are workshops occurring from New Jersey, south to Virginia, west to Colorado, and areas between. What a wonderful way to kick off 2011! For details go to nrainstructors.org.”
If you're hearing of Refuse to Be a Victim® for the first time, it's a recognized, successful program that teaches methods to avoid dangerous situations and prevent criminal confrontations, by having an overall safety strategy ready before you need it. This is not a gun course; instead, it highlights a breadth of personal safety issues ranging from home, automobile, telephone, technological, and travel security.
