Moving on in our presentation of this year's George Montgomery/NRA Youth Wildlife Art Contest winners, we come to Category III. The third category is for entries of students who are in grades seven through nine.

Congratulations to:

  • 1st Place: Through the Tough and Rocky by Gina Huang, Johns Creek, Georgia
  • 2nd Place: How Much Duck Could a Duck Tape Tape if a Duck Tape Could Tape Duck? by Asherel Kaseorg, Charlotte, North Carolina
  • 3rd Place: Solitude by Eun-Young Jang, Germantown, Maryland

Although it may be tough to tell in the photo, the artwork by Asherel Kaseorg that won 2nd Place is made entirely out of Duck Tape®. Our judges were impressed not only with the originality of the medium Asherel chose, but the quality of the artwork as well.
