Deer taken with a rifle The changing leaves and chilling temperatures can only mean one thing — hunting season is upon us. While we don't know if you're at the beginning or end of your season, but we're pretty sure that you've recorded any signs of success. That's exactly why NRAHuntersRights.org is looking for you!

"We are looking for photos of the best bucks, bulls and birds from around the country for our online Trophy Gallery," said J.R. Robbins, the Managing Editor of NRAHuntersRights.org. "If you've had a good hunting season then it's time to share it with the rest of the world."

What they're asking you to do is take the best, safe gun handling picture possible and email it to huntersrights@nrahq.org with "Trophy Gallery" in the subject line. In your email, make sure to include:

  • Your name and hometown
  • Date and location of the hunt
  • Firearm or bow used
  • Type of species
  • Details surrounding the hunt

So get that picture, write down the details, and send your best 2010 trophy to NRAHuntersRights.org/TrophyRoom.aspx right away. And make sure to keep checking back as they promise to add to their already bulging collection.

What constitutes a trophy? Well that's up to you – don't be bashful about species or size as all are welcome.
