NRA Refuse To Be A Victim program logo This just-announced seminar will be Saturday, December 11, 2010, at 8:30 AM at TASER International Headquarters, 17800 N. 85th Street, Scottsdale, Arizona 85255, while the Instructor Development Workshop will be Monday, December 13, 2010, beginning at 8 AM.

The public is welcome, and better yet, the seminar is FREE, thanks to TASER International. Tuition for the instructor class, which includes materials, is $175. Be sure to pre-register for either or both at www.NRAinstructors.org, or contact the NRA Refuse To Be A Victim® Executive Counselor conducting the course, Edward O’Carroll, at 703-475-4598 or rtbav911@yahoo.com.

These acclaimed seminars are not gun-training courses, but focus on ways to prevent being the victim of a crime. Experts agree that it is vital to have a plan in place before you need it.
