National Firearms Museum's brand-new Petersen Gallery online from NRAblog

Featuring some of the finest sporting arms in the world, the National Firearms Museum's newest collection is the end result of the vision of the late Robert E. Petersen. The publishing titan desired to make available to the public the finest and most interesting firearms from his world-renowned collection.

Open to the public as of tomorrow, this gallery brings to life a one-of-a-kind collection.

Complementing the Robert E. Petersen Gallery is this new virtual gallery available on Click through specific firearms, and rotate or zoom until you have the exact angle you'd like. "It's the next best thing to being here and actually seeing it in real life," Museum Director Jim Supica said of the online gallery.

Stroll through the Robert E. Petersen Gallery, selecting cases of firearms to examine: choose Case C of Holland & Holland double barreled rifles, or Case D, of Westley Richards shotguns and rifles.

Check out the Museum's other galleries, too!
