Fairfax, Virginia -
The NRA Headquarters Range played host to TOP SHOT champion Iain Harrison yesterday. Above, Shooting Illustrated's Associate Editor Ed Friedman greets Harrison at the entrance to the Range. Friedman joined colleagues Benjamin O'Brien and Tyler Kreis in a friendly competition with Harrison -- and we're not telling who won. Stay tuned for more information on where the video coverage will appear.
Harrison joked with the trio of NRA Publications staff, who extended the invitation to NRA Headquarters and are keeping Harrison on schedule for a whirlwind 2-day visit. The NRA Headquarters Range is newly updated, and it was the perfect backdrop for Thursday's competition and video footage. Read Range Manager Greg Wodack's explanation of the renovations here.
"We're excited to offer our readers and viewers an inside look at the man who walked away from Top Shot with the $100,000 prize," Friedman said of Harrison's visit.
Now that the show has concluded, Harrison is free to discuss the details of his win. AmericanHunter.org has already spilled a few secrets, but there are more to come.
Today, the fun continues with additional meetings and an exclusive tour of the NRA National Firearms Museum and its Hollywood Guns exhibit.
