This past weekend, over 35 shooters turned out to compete in the second annual "Pull for Our Heros" Trap Shoot to benefit the Patriot's Path Foundation. Hosted by the Arlington/Fairfax Chapter of the Izaak Walton League of America (IWLA) in Centreville, Virginia, all proceeds from the event went towards helping our nation's veterans. Competitors shot 50 singles and 50 handicap clays during the day's events.

Attendees participated in a raffle to win prizes such as commemorative towels, cleaning systems from Otis Technologies, Revision Eyewear glasses, and even a Remington 1100 Classic Trap shotgun. In addition to these sponsors, Colt and the NRA also provided sponsorship. NRA even sent a team to compete in the event comprised of staff from NRA's Education & Training and Competitive Shooting Divisions (including Beth Epley, pictured below) who finished in 3rd place with a score of 401.
