Quantico Shooting Club is a 501C Not-for-Profit corporation operating out of Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia. It promotes marksmanship among Marines, military members and their families, Club members, eligible and potential members, and authorized guests/shooters.

Quantico Shooting Club High Power Weekend Reports Seven New National Records!
This past weekend at Quantico MCB Range 4, the Quantico Shooting Club hosted its 3rd NRA RegisteredTournament for 2010. It was hot, around 95 degrees, but conditions were mild. There were at total of 34 competitors involved in this two-day match, and everyone had a great time.
Match One consisted of the 300 yard 15 shot Individual Prone Course.
In the F T/R Class, Brian Santucci fired a 150 x7 to break the 149 x8 record set by Joseph Sturtevant and GySgt Daniel Borowiecki fired a 141 x5 to set a new record for the Service category.
In the F Open Class (Senior), David Dye fired a 150 x10 to tie the record set by Jim Murphy.
On the High Power side, Nathaniel Guernsey placed 1st with a 149 x8.
Match 2 was a 4 man team fire of the Mid Range Prone Course (45 shots per member), 15 shots each at 300, 500 and 600 yards.
Camp Butner F‐Troop team took 1st and set a new National Record with an aggregate of 1744 x61 in theF T/R Class. The team was made up by: Jeff Rorer (444x22), Phil Kelley (426x13), Joseph Conley (436x15) and James Croft (438x11).
For High Power Metallic Sight, Team VFEMI set a new record with an aggregate score of 1767 x82. Team members are Carl Lindezweig (432x20), John Badger (444x18), Nathaniel Guernsey (447x28) andJack McKinney (444x16).
The USMC Gold team also set a new National Record for this course of fire in the Service Category with a score of 1765 x76. The team members are: GySgt James Otto (440x14), Sgt Sean Morris (442x16), Sgt Emily Windmassinger (448x39) and Sgt Joshua Peterson (435x17).
Match 3 was shot on Sunday August 29 with the Long Range Palma Course. GySgt Daniel Borowiechibroke the record he set back in June in the F Class T/R Service category with a 399x5.
F T/R Master class winner was David Conrath with a 440 x16. F T/R Expert class winner was James Croftwith a score of 441 x18. David Dye won the F Open class with a 442 x16 and GySgt James Otto took home First Place in the High Power Metallic Sight class with a 443 x19.
