Charlotte, North Carolina - The third weekend in May was a busy one for the people of Charlotte. First and foremost, the Queen City played host the National Rifle Association's 139th Annual Meeting. Next, those looking to quench their Olympic fever could find Michael Phelps and other internationally ranked swimmers competing in the Charlotte UltraSwim. And finally, this week marked the opening of NASCAR’s Hall of Fame.
