David “Grover” Cleveland is a salesman working for Lanigan Performance Products and has set up a table on Commercial Row at Camp Perry. Lanigan Performance Products sell gun cleaning equipment products for all firearms. Cleveland explained that the most important product he is selling is the patented SACS™ (Small Arms Cleaning System).
