Friends of NRA's 2014 event season ending in Missouri

Friends of NRA

Fairfax, Virginia - This is it. After nearly 1,000 events across all 50 states, we've reached the end of the 2014 Friends of NRA banquet season.

The final banquet will be held next Thursday, December 11 in Wardsville, Missouri.

We're expecting another great year for the grassroots program that strives to help our shooting sports traditions. Friends of NRA's continued success is all thanks to its dedicated volunteers throughout the United States. Without their support to organize, advertise, and run each and every banquet, the fundraising effort would be reduced to a handful of events - far below the nearly 1,000 held this year.

Fairfax, Virginia - Straight from the NRA's Event Marketing and Communications Manager, Nicole McMahon, here's an update on the Friends of NRA banquets coming up this next week.

Friends of NRA banquets are full of great people who support the Second Amendment and want to raise money for local, state and national shooting sports programs. Each event is run by our absolutely dedicated volunteers. Without their help, Friends of NRA would not be able to have such reach across the country or make as much of an impact on the future of our shooting sports heritage as we do today.
